Morrisons Online - Christmas support

During the festive period, we stepped in to support Morrisons supermarkets' online operations while senior PMs were on annual leave. We swiftly built trust with the developers and established effective workflows.

Through our collaborative efforts, we successfully delivered multiple time-sensitive updates. Despite a few long days and nights, we achieved a record-breaking sales performance for the customer during the Christmas period.
