As the Scrum Master and Product Owner, we led the development of a ground-breaking educational application from its inception to its Minimum Viable Product (MVP). SPECIAL MENTION - To boost team engagement during this project, we utilised AI tools to create an interactive Dungeons and Dragons-style quest. This innovative approach not only added an element of fun for the team but also seamlessly aligned the storyline with the projects values and goals. As a result, team morale improved, collaboration increased, and our collective focus on achieving project objectives was strengthened.
