Starbucks Colleague Application Enhancement

In our role as Scrum Master and Product Owner, we spear-headed the development roadmap for Starbucks' colleague application. Effective stakeholder management was crucial to the projects success as we had to prioritise dynamic requirements for features and rollouts.

Over the course of six months, we standardised project workflows and delivered multiple enhancement batches, significantly improving the applications functionality. This included rolling out the application to new countries across Europe, ensuring a seamless transition and adoption by the clients staff.

By embedding a high-performing culture within the team, we facilitated continuous improvement and innovation.
